The HY-1000X full-hydraulic core drilling rig is our factory’s newly upgraded, high-performance geological drilling equipment with independent R&D and manufacturing. Firstly, it integrates mature advanced drilling technologies from domestic and international markets to deliver comprehensive structural and performance optimization for professional core drilling tasks. In particular, it uses a full-hydraulic driving system as the core power configuration; an axial plunger pump and inclined-axis plunger motor drive the drilling power head. Furthermore, dual mechanical gear sets and stepless speed regulation work together to build an advanced, scientific and reasonable overall structure for deep core drilling operations.
This HY-1000X core drilling rig carries a professional cylinder and chain double-speed feeding mechanism, thus maintaining ultra-stable and reliable feeding performance during long-distance core drilling operations. Additionally, it features a unique power head lateral translation device that greatly boosts construction flexibility and fits diverse complex drilling conditions. Besides that, the integrated drilling mast adopts an integral cylinder lifting and sliding structure, which supports adjustable multi-angle drilling from 0° to 90° and meets various geological exploration and rock core sampling needs.
Meanwhile, intelligent load-sensing control technology empowers the entire hydraulic system of this full-hydraulic core drilling equipment to deliver high working efficiency, super-large rotary torque and stable power output. Notably, it comes standard with hydraulic chuck grippers, hydraulic leveling outriggers and a retractable drilling mast, so operators can complete fast on-site positioning, quick layout and high-efficiency drilling construction. Most importantly, it adopts a wireless remote control crawler walking system that adapts perfectly to various rugged and complex terrains. As a result, operators can control crawler movement remotely within a safe scope, effectively avoiding on-site hazards, lowering operational risks and maximizing overall drilling safety.
Application Scope
This core drilling rig is primarily applied to solid mineral core exploration. It also supports multiple construction scenarios, including engineering geological survey, shallow oil and natural gas exploration, and groundwater well drilling. In addition, it is suitable for tunnel ventilation hole drilling, drainage hole construction and dam grouting hole drilling projects.
