Product Overview
The HY450T truck-mounted water well drilling rig is a high-performance integrated all-in-one drilling solution mounted on a heavy-duty truck chassis. It delivers a maximum drilling depth of 450 m and supports 6 m drill rod operation. Different from trailer-towed and crawler drilling rigs, this fully self-propelled truck-mounted design needs no trailer transportation or crane assistance. It realizes arrive-and-drill operation, greatly improving construction efficiency and on-site flexibility.
Adopting a full hydraulic top-drive system, the rig supports dual drilling modes: pneumatic DTH drilling for hard rock and mud circulation drilling for soil layers. It adapts to various complex formations such as soil, sand, gravel and hard rock. It is widely applicable for frequent site transfer projects, rural water well construction, agricultural irrigation, geothermal wells and various urban and rural drilling tasks.Equipped with well-known brand core hydraulic components and a high-strength steel frame, the HY450T features stable operation, low failure rate and excellent durability. Key Features
The self-propelled truck chassis supports fast road travel and cross-region transfers. No equipment disassembly, trailer towing or crane loading is required, effectively reducing transportation and transition costs.
Rotary speed, torque, thrust pressure and lifting speed support stepless real-time adjustment, matching different drill bits, drill rods and diverse construction processes.
It is compatible with pneumatic DTH hard rock drilling and mud circulation soil drilling. Optional configurations including mud pumps, foam pumps and generators can be equipped to meet diverse on-site drilling requirements.
The top-drive rotary propulsion and lifting system shortens auxiliary pipe connection time. Mature DTH rock drilling technology ensures fast drilling speed and effectively reduces per-meter drilling costs.
Multiple hydraulic outriggers provide strong and stable support during deep drilling operations. The adjustable positive and negative axial pressure system ensures the impactor always works at optimal efficiency.
All core hydraulic systems and key components adopt renowned brand parts. The main frame is made of high-strength alloy steel, delivering excellent structural strength, wear resistance and long service life.
