Optimized Screw Rotor Profile Design
1. High-efficiency Convex-Convex Rotor Meshing Structure
The optimized convex-convex meshing rotor profile effectively forms a stable hydrodynamic lubrication film during operation. It greatly reduces transverse air leakage in the rotor contact zone, significantly improves volumetric efficiency, and delivers superior rotor processing accuracy and assembly performance compared with conventional profiles.
2. Large Rotor, Low-Speed Operation Design
Adopting the core design of large rotor, large bearing and low rotating speed, its operating speed is 30%–50% lower than that of conventional peer products. Low-speed operation effectively lowers vibration, working noise and exhaust temperature, enhances overall rotor rigidity and operational stability. Meanwhile, it reduces sensitivity to tiny impurities and carbon deposits, greatly extending the service life of core components.
3. Wide Power Range and Low-Speed Direct-Drive Configuration
The product power covers a full range from 4KW to 355KW. Models from 18.5KW to 250KW adopt a direct-coupled structure without gearbox transmission for higher power output efficiency. The 200KW and 250KW versions are equipped with Level 4 high-efficiency direct-coupled motors, achieving an ultra-low rated speed of 1480 rpm for more stable and durable operation.

The whole series fully complies with and exceeds the national standard GB19153-2003 Limited Values of Energy Efficiency and Evaluating Values of Energy Conservation for Displacement Air Compressors, reaching industry-leading energy-saving performance.
