Adopting the latest advanced hydraulic technology, the machine achieves low fuel consumption, large rotary torque and flexible hole deviation adjustment. It is widely applicable for resource exploration drilling, hydrological well drilling, civil water wells, agricultural irrigation wells and other drilling projects.

Advantages & Features
The rig’s rotary speed, torque, thrust pressure, reverse pressure, feeding speed and lifting speed are all infinitely adjustable. This flexible tuning adapts to different drilling tools and various construction technologies, meeting diverse on-site working conditions.
The top-drive design enables fast and convenient drill pipe connection and disconnection, effectively shortening auxiliary working time. It also supports pipe-following drilling for stronger construction adaptability.
This rig supports multiple drilling technologies, including DTH drilling, air reverse circulation drilling, gas lift reverse circulation drilling, cutting drilling, roller drilling, casing drilling and core drilling. It can be optionally equipped with mud pumps, foam pumps and generators according to customer requirements, and comes with multiple standard hoisting devices.
Benefiting from full-hydraulic control and top-drive rotary propulsion, the rig is compatible with various drilling processes and tools. With flexible operation, fast drilling speed and minimized auxiliary time, it delivers superior overall working efficiency.
Equipped with mature DTH rock drilling technology, the rig achieves high rock-drilling efficiency and effectively reduces per-meter drilling costs for long-term economic operation.
The upgraded high outriggers allow direct truck loading without cranes, greatly facilitating transportation. The rubber crawler chassis ensures stable and flexible movement even on muddy and rough job sites.
Each DTH hammer requires matched axial pressure and rotating speed to maintain optimal impact efficiency. As drill pipe quantity increases during operation, the axial load on the hammer changes accordingly. The adjustable positive and negative axial pressure valves allow real-time parameter optimization, ensuring the impactor always works under the best condition for maximum drilling efficiency.
The rig is available in two configurations: crawler self-propelled chassis or vehicle-mounted chassis, to adapt to different construction and transportation scenarios.
All core components and hydraulic systems adopt well-known brand accessories for stable and reliable performance. The main frame is fabricated from high-strength low-alloy steel, greatly improving overall structural strength, wear resistance and service life.
