All core operating parameters, including rotary speed, torque, feed/retraction force, feed speed and lifting speed, support stepless real-time adjustment. Top-Drive Rotary Feed & Lifting System

The advanced top-drive design streamlines drill pipe connection and disconnection, greatly reducing auxiliary operation time. It also supports casing advancing drilling, significantly expanding the rig’s construction adaptability.

Multi-functional Drilling Compatibility

The rig supports a full range of mature drilling technologies, including DTH drilling, air reverse circulation drilling, air-lift reverse circulation drilling, drag bit drilling, roller cone bit drilling and casing advancing drilling. Core drilling functionality is currently under development. It can be optionally fitted with mud pumps, foam pumps and generators per customer requirements, and comes standard with multiple specifications of winches.

High-clearance hydraulic outriggers allow direct vehicle loading without cranes, simplifying overall transportation and handling. The heavy-duty crawler undercarriage ensures stable, flexible movement and normal operation on muddy, rugged and complex job sites.

Precise Axial Force Adjustment

Each drilling impactor requires matched axial force and rotary speed to maintain optimal impact efficiency. As drill pipe length increases during operation, the axial load on the impactor changes dynamically. Equipped with adjustable axial force control valves, the rig allows real-time parameter calibration to keep the impactor working under optimal conditions and sustain efficient drilling performance.

Dual Optional Chassis

Two flexible chassis configurations are available to match different usage scenarios: self-propelled crawler chassis and truck-mounted chassis.
